Once details are confirmed, we’ll provide design proofs for your approval before production begins.

  • Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and printing method. For most of our custom branded apparel and promotional items, the minimum starts at 12 units. Contact us to confirm the requirements for your specific project.

  • We offer a variety of customization methods, including embroidery, screen printing, and digital transfer. You can personalize most products with your logo, tagline, custom design, or even specific color schemes to match your branding.

  • Turnaround times depend on the complexity and size of your order. Typically, production takes 2-4 weeks from the time design proofs are approved. Rush services may be available for time-sensitive projects.

  • Yes! While we are based in Vancouver, we proudly provide shipping services to businesses and locations across Canada. We’ll work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Full payment is required when placing your order. We accept major credit cards at 2.5% processing fee, bank/e-transfers, and EFT. Visit our policies page for more information.

  • Due to the custom nature of branded products, we cannot offer refunds once production begins. However, if there are any defects or errors caused by us, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to address any concerns.
